Comprehensive Bonded Zone ('CBZ') is a special customs supervision area with the function of bonded port area established in the inland area, managed by customs with reference to the relevant regulations, executing the tax and foreign exchange policies of bonded port area, integrating the functions of bonded area, export processing zone, bonded logistics zone and port in one, which can develop international transit, distribution, procurement, re-export trade and export processing business. Comprehensive bonded area is the special open area with the highest level of opening, the most preferential policies, the most complete functions and the most simplified procedures in China.General Administration of Customs announced on January 1, 2022, the Measures of the PRC for the Customs Comprehensive Bonded Zone (2022 Edition) (GAC Order No. 256).

Enterprises in the Tianjin Italian SME Industrial Park can be registered in these CBZs as needed.
