Tianjin Airport Sino-European Center (TASEC) is located within the Tianjin Airport Economic Area, one of the sub-zones of the Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone. Office Costs

§ Rent: 3.29 yuan/square meter/day (discounts available for preferred tenants), payable quarterly.

§ Deposit: Equivalent to two months' rent, refundable upon termination of lease.

§ Property management fee: 9.8 yuan/square meter/month. Property management services include:

l Cleaning, order maintenance, and landscaping of external public areas;

l Repair and maintenance of secondary water supply and fire protection systems outside the building;

l Cleaning services, order maintainence, and facility inspections for internal public areas;

l Inclusive of water and electricity expenses for external and internal public areas;

l Maintenance and operation costs of elevators and fire safety equipment;

l General office property management services inside the building.

§ Air-conditioning electricity cost: Tenants using indoor VRF air conditioning pay monthly electricity costs, ranging from 1-1.1 Yuan/kWh based on meter readings.

Temporary Use

Italian and other EU investors get free access to office and meeting spaces for temporary use.
