    Park Planning

    § The Airport Business Park is a comprehensive business service area situated at the gateway of TAEA. Spanning an area of 460,000 sqm, it integrates headquarters, financial services, R&D offices, and comprehensive commercial facilities. The total floor area is 840,000 sqm, with 590,000 sqm above ground and 250,000 sqm underground.

    § The project follows a planning layout model inspired by the ancient Chinese sage's concept of 'Heaven and Earth.' It consists of two zones: the west zone for headquarters and the east zone for technology R&D and service outsourcing.

    § The west zone, where TASEC is located, features a circular layout with a central lake landscape. The surrounding green space resembles a forest park, creating a unique ecological business park office environment.

    § The traffic design prioritizes the separation of pedestrian and vehicular flow, ensuring safe and efficient movement throughout the park.

    TESEC's interior design is masterfully crafted by Progetto CMR, a renowned architectural design firm from Italy. The design beautifully captures the essence of China-European collaboration, seamlessly blending modern and traditional elements. The goal is to create a welcoming and communicative environment that offers users an international, innovative, and distinctive office space.

    The exterior facade and interior decorations effortlessly incorporate European and Italian design styles and elements. Clean lines and open spaces define the interior, while carefully selected materials not only prioritize functionality but also meet environmental standards. These choices highlight the artistic craftsmanship of the structure, while the predominantly light color scheme exudes the refined taste and personality of modern social life. Minimalist decorations and cultural connotations are subtly incorporated, adding to the overall aesthetic.


    Floor Layout


    The functional design and interior decoration of the 1st to 3rd floors have been completed, divided into office areas, conference areas, exhibition areas, and leisure service areas.

    The 4th and 5th floors are temporarily reserved for large tenants, and the functional design and interior decoration have not been carried out yet.
