§ Incentives and Supports by the State and Tianjin Municipal Government

Compilation of Key Points of Policies for Foreign-Invested Enterprises in Tianjin (2021 Version) is compiled by Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Commerce, including support policies on fiscal and taxation, talent attraction and cultivation, trade import and export, financial support, foreign investment, and rights and interests protection that can be applied to foreign-invested enterprises.

§ Incentives and Supports by Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone Administrative Committee

Newly established projects in line with the industrial orientation may apply to Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone Administrative Committee (the 'Committee') for deal-specific incentives and support. Based on the project business plan provided by the investor, the Committee will provide incentives depending on the type of project (R&D, manufacturing, service, trade, etc.) and its committed economic and social contributions (including business income, added value, tax revenue, etc.). The relevant rights and obligations will be determined in a written investment agreement between the two parties.
