Italian Landscape

Located in the Hebei district of Tianjin, Tianjin Italian Style Town is a 4A scenic spot in China, the only Italian historical landscape in Asia, and is also the most complete historical district outside of Italy. At present, the community has preserved 118 Italian-style buildings. There is also Liang Qichao's ice room, Cao Qi, and Li Shu's former residences in the area.

Music Art

In April 2018, the Tianjin Symphony Orchestra traveled to Italy to perform with the musicians of the opera house at the Scala Opera House in Italy.

Educational Cooperation

Tianjin University, Nankai University, and Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts jointly signed the Letter of Intent on Sino-Italian Educational Cooperation Project with Italian universities to further strengthen cooperation between China and Italy in the field of education through professional training, theoretical and technical research, and personnel exchange.

Tianjin Intangible Cultural Heritage

During the 2018 Spring Festival, Tianjin Library's ancient restoration skills, a group of people in Milan, Italy, to participate in the 'Silujin Yun a Memory of Tianjin Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition' activities, showing ancient books restoration, paper dyeing, lithography, bookbinding, and other techniques, with simple technology to present the beauty of traditional Chinese ancient books.

Pompeii Exhibition

From September to December 2018, the exhibition Pompeii - Moments and Eternity from the National Archaeological Museum in Naples, Italy was on display at the Tianjin Museum.

The 5th Tianjin International Design Week
