For customized delivery, the pipeline that connects to each user's property can be configured with adiameter of 100 mm, 150 mm, 200 mm, or 300 mm, based on their specificrequirements.

The water supply system is designed as a closed-loop network, ensuring a dependable and consistent water supply to all users. With a capacity exceeding 0.4 million m3 per day, the regional water supply system guarantees an ample and sustainable water flow. To maintain an optimum water pressure throughout the network, even in the mostchallenging conditions, the minimum pressure at the most unfavorable point isconsistently maintained at 0.24 Mpa.

The public water supply network extends up to the user's property boundary, effectively managed by Tianjin Tianbao Water Services Co. It is worth noting that all water supply facilities within the user's property boundary, including the meter well and gate valve, are financed and owned by the respective user. This setup allows users to have complete ownership rights and control over their water supply infrastructure.

By implementing this well-organized and adaptable water supply system, the region ensures a stable and efficient water distribution, catering to the diverse needs of its residents.

In the airport section, gas supply is provided by two companies: Tianjin Airport Gas Company and Tianjin TEDA Clean Energy Company. The former has a gas supply capacity of 6,000 m³ per hour and a delivery pressure of 0.1-0.4 Mpa, while the latter has a higher gas supply capacity of 50,000 m³ per hour and a delivery pressure of 0.1-0.4 Mpa.

For the harbor section, there are two gas suppliers: Tianjin TEDA Gas Company and Tianjin Binhai Gas Company. The former has a gas supply capacity of 500,000 m³ per hour and a delivery pressure of 0.4-4.0 Mpa, while the latter can provide gas with a supply capacity of 150,000 m³ per hour and a delivery pressure of 0.1-0.75 Mpa.

In the seaport section, the sole gas supplier is Tianjin TEDA Clean Energy Company, which offers a gas supply capacity of 50,000 m³ per hour and a delivery pressure of 0.1-0.4 Mpa.

The heating supplier for the airport section is Tianjin Tianbao Thermal Power Company. The heating suppliers for the harbor section are Huagang Lingang Thermal Power Company and Tianbao Energy Company. The heating supplier for the seaport section is Tianbao Energy Company.

The zone's power supply is efficiently facilitated through ground cables, with power lines (either single circuit or single ring network) connected to the user's red line. The power supply company is responsible for ownership and maintenance of the power facilities and power lines beyond the initial connection point, ensuring a reliable and continuous power flow.

However, any need for additional power facilities within the user's red line, as well as for a second power supply, is the responsibility of the user. This means that the user is required to fund the installation and maintenance of any extra power facilities, and as a result, they also retain ownership of these additional facilities.

In summary, the power supply within the zone is provided by the power supply company up to the initial connection point, while any additional facilities within the user's red line and second power supply are user-funded and owned. This setup ensures a clear delineation of responsibilities, promoting efficient power management and distribution within the zone.
