　　The second precision strip production line newly put into operation by Tiancai Technology consists of two parts: a domestic twenty-roller reversible mill and a secondary automation control system. In particular, the domestic twenty-roller reversible mill is equipped with advanced online thickness measurement and control system as well as automatic control system for plate shape, thereby securing stable product quality; the secondary automatic control system enables optimization of the production process and makes the production process more intelligent. It is reported that the production line primarily produces precision stainless steel strips and high-temperature alloys of 200, 300 and 400 series, with a designed annual output of 12,000 tons. The products are to be widely applied in the fields of aerospace, petrochemical, equipment manufacturing, ships, electronic products as well as automobiles, home appliances, energy-saving batteries, medical equipment, etc.
