During the First World Intelligent Congress in 2017, Iflytek signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone to jointly build the Tianjin Intelligent Valley Artificial Intelligence Industry Demonstration Base. 　　Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone has taken the fundamental starting point of enhancing the capacity of independent innovation and original innovation curation, cultivated high-quality scientific and technological innovation subjects, actively implemented special policies on science and technology, attracted and cultivated small national science and technology, gathered "eagles - gazelles", promoted "small to large, large to huge, huge to share reform" gradient cultivation mechanism, and created a number of high-growth innovation subjects. 　　In terms of platform support, the incubation platforms in Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone include Iflytek Tianjin Intelligent Valley, ZTE 5G Industrial Park, Neusoft Incubation Platform, Hengyin Financial Industrial Park and other specialized parks, providing excellent office environments for technology enterprises, with more than 300 incubated enterprises and nearly 3,000 people employed.
