   In the first half of 2022, Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone has continuously intensified the introduction of physical projects and services, attracting a total of 94 key physical projects, such as the Asia-Pacific Headquarters and Production Base of Skyjack Aerial Work Platforms of Canada and the R&D Base of Fosun Pharmaceuticals' new generation of peptide-coupled anti-cancer drugs, with a total investment of RMB 27.4 billion.

   To accommodate the global trend of electrification of automobiles, in the first half of 2022, BorgWarner from the United States invested nearly RMB 1 billion to build a BorgWarner intelligent production base project for new energy motors and electric drive assemblies in Free Trade Zone. The Project covers a total area of about 63,000 square meters and is expected to yield an annual output value of more than RMB 5 billion after full production. Meanwhile, with the completion of the new project, Tianjin is expected to become the most important production base of BorgWarner in North China.

   In the first half of 2022, Zhongce Rubber Group Co., Ltd., one of the top 500 manufacturing enterprises in China, invested in Free Trade Zone and established Zhongce Rubber (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. for the construction of Zhongce (Tianjin) high-end green tire manufacturing industry chain project. Upon completion, the Project is expected to achieve an annual tire production capacity of 267,800 tons/year, with high-end supporting materials of 85,000 tons, an annual output value of over RMB 6 billion and sales revenue of RMB 5.6 billion, of which exports are expected to be about RMB 2.5 billion, and it is committed to become the largest off-highway tire production plant in Asia.

   In accordance with the strategic plan of "one headquarters and two offices" of Lenovo Group in Beijing and Tianjin, the project of Tianjin Park, the headquarters of Lenovo Group, will be officially settled in Free Trade Zone in the first half of 2022, with a land scale of about 326,000 square meters and a planned building scale of about 540,000 square meters. In the future, the Project will be built into a comprehensive base integrating headquarters office, innovation and R&D, culture and education, intelligent living community and other multi-functional functions, meanwhile, make the best use of the capability of Lenovo Group to adsorb the upstream and downstream enterprises of related industry chain, create a whole industry ecology, and gradually become the Tianjin headquarters park of the development strategy of "one headquarters and two parks" of Lenovo Group in Beijing and Tianjin.
