Note: 1. The prices listed above all include Three-Gorge Project Construction Fund by RMB 0.007/KWH.

2. The prices listed above all include urban public utilities surcharge by the standard of RMB 0.022 for resident living, RMB 0.043 for non-resident lighting, RMB 0.029 for large industry electricity consumption and RMB 0.039 for general industry and commerce.

3. The prices listed above all include mid/large reservoirs migration follow-up support fund by RMB0.0083/KWH.

4. The prices listed above all include local small reservoirs migration follow-up support fund by RMB 0.0005/KWH.

5. The prices listed above all include renewable energy sources electricity price surcharge by RMB 0.001/KWH for resident living electricity consumption and RMB 0.002/KWH for electricity consumption otherwise.

III. Gas supply: The gas of Comprehensive Free Trade Area is introduced from Airport Processing Area with the source known as “Shaanxi Gas” with the capacity of 50,000m3/h, transmission pressure of 0.1－0.4Mpa and gas calorific value of 34.33—38.94 MJ/m3. The gas pipelines are owned by the gas supplier and extended to a place 1 meter away from the red line of the enterprises (valve shaft). The users will have all pipelines, valves and other gas facilities for pressure adjustment and measurement within the red line.

Gas subsidy: The demanded maximum daily use quantity x RMB 375/M3 for industrial users and the demanded maximum daily use quantity x RMB 750/M3 for commercial users.

Resident project gas infrastructure construction fees (according to building area):

Gas development funds: RMB 20/m2

Apartment: RMB 28/m3

High-class apartment or villa: RMB 40/M2

Measurement fees of the gas (paid on monthly basis):

Industrial users of the Comprehensive Free Trade Area will enjoy preferential pipe gas with price lower than the standard price in Tianjin. The gas will be charged according to consumption of the users, RMB 2.7/m3 for industrial and operating users, RMB 2.40 for non-operating users and RMB 2.20 for the resident users.
