Hydrogen energy has a wide range of sources,clean and flexible, rich application scenarios, and unique advantages in the energysystem, and the development of hydrogen energy is emerging around the world. OnJuly 31, the reporter learned from Tianjin Xinyuan Hydrogen Energy Co., Ltd. (herein after referred to as "Xinyuan Hydrogen Energy"), an enterprise in Tianjin PortFree Trade Zone, that after 72 hours of operation and testing, the second phaseof Xinyuan Hydrogen Energy's hydrogen refueling mother station project was officiallyput into operation, with a new high-purity hydrogen production capacity of 7000Nm3/h.
Xinyuan Hydrogen Energy has the city's first hydrogen refueling mother station, which has attracted much attention since it wasput into operation. The raw gas comes from the by-product hydrogen of Yongli ChemicalCompany and Bohai Petrochemical Company, which are affiliated to Bohua Group, andafter pretreatment to remove trace impurities, high-purity hydrogen is produced through separation and purification devices. Since the first phase of the hydrogen refueling mother station project was put into operation, the annual production capacity is 1,600 tons, and it has achieved full production and full sales. After the second phase of the hydrogen refueling mother station project is put into operation, itstotal annual production capacity is about 6,500 tons, and the hydrogen energy supply capacity of the two phases of the plant ranks among the top in China, which canprovide a strong hydrogen source guarantee for the development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei fuel cell vehicle demonstration city agglomeration. At present, the production indicators of the second phase of the hydrogen refueling mother station project are stableand have entered the trial production stage, and the hydrogen of its products hasbeen tested by a third party to meet the standards of high-purity hydrogen, ultra-pure hydrogen, electronic hydrogen and fuel cell hydrogen.
Last year, Xinyuan Hydrogen Energy successfully passed the clean hydrogen certification of the China Hydrogen Alliance Research Institute, becoming the first batch of enterprises in China to obtain the clean hydrogen certification of fuel cell vehicle demonstration city agglomeration. Today, the hydrogen refueling station project can directly and indirectly reduce carbon dioxide emissions by more than 24,000 tons per year.
