Application Materials:
1. Application for Principal Repayments and Interest Payments;
2. Debt Registration Certificate (the original shall be returned after inspection);
3. The Notice of Principal Repayments and Interest Payments issued by the creditor;
4. The tax certification for the payment of interests from overseas;
5. For the application for registration of external debt cancellation due to debt exemption, the exemption notice and other related documents issued by the creditor shall be submitted.
6. For the registration of external debt cancellation due to transfer of external debt to capital (including the capital of the enterprise or other foreign-funded enterprises), the written confirmation issued by the overseas creditor and the approval document issued by the commerce department shall be submitted, in which, the source of funds for capital increase shall be expressed as the registered external debt; for the transfer of interests payable to external debt for capital increase, the tax certificate (duty paid or duty-free) issued by the taxation department should be submitted;
7. In the event of principal repayment and interest payment in cash, the bank statements of the foreign exchange account in the latest five working days should be submitted;
8. As for foreign-funded enterprises, the print page of the basic information from the FDI system for foreign-funded enterprises (with official seal) should also be submitted;
9. Supplemental materials to the foregoing materials.
