Application Materials:
1. Application for Exchange Settlement (including the purpose of settled fund); 
2. Debt Registration Certificate (the original shall be returned after inspection);
3. The bank statements of the special account for external debt and external debt re-loans in the latest five working days;
4. Where the external debt settlement amount of foreign-funded enterprises is equal to $ 200,000 or more, a written payment order on the purpose of the settled fund and the related contract or certificate from the payer shall be submitted;
5. For the small payment of enterprise for payroll and reserves or the settled fund less than $ 200,000 (inclusive), a list of detailed purposes of the last sum of settled fund shall be provided in the settlement of the next small payment.
6. Supplemental materials to the foregoing materials.
