Application Materials:
As for the confirmation request of accounting firm, the following materials shall be submitted:
1. A work contact letter and the application for capital verification confirmation request (inflows) from the accounting firm;
2. Confirmation Request for Capital Contributions of Foreign Investors (retain the original);
3. Where the investment fund is from a domestic bank, the approval for domestic original-currency transfer shall be submitted (investment companies and venture capital companies);
4. Supplemental materials to the foregoing materials.
