Application Materials:
1. An application report;　
2. Registration Form for External Guarantee;
3. Where the guarantee is issued for own debts, the external debt registration certificate (the original shall be returned after inspection) shall be presented;
4. Where the guarantee is issued for others, the master debt contract under the guarantee shall be submitted (where the contract is in foreign language, the Chinese version of the principal terms shall be submitted and affixed with the seal of the Applicant);
5. As for the external guarantee needs prior approval, the approval document issued by the Administration of Foreign Exchange shall be provided;
6. The external guarantee contract (if it is in foreign language, the Chinese version of principal terms shall be submitted and affixed with the seal of the Applicant);
7. Supplemental materials to the foregoing materials.
