In provision of high-quality services for specialized, refined, distinctive and innovative enterprises, Binhai New Area helped BWT to cooperate with Lenovo Group in production line upgrade of the new products just putting into mass production.

At the just-concluded LASER World of PHOTONICS CHINA, BWT had received nearly 10 million orders of this type of industrial grade fiber lasers, which were put into mass production in BWT Tianjin Factory on April 1st. In the first quarter of this year, relying on the high-power laser transmission and other new technologies jointly developed with Tianjin University and Chinese Academy of Sciences, BWT launched four new products in a row, which were put into mass production in succession. The products provide solutions to processing and welding in equipment manufacturing and also solve the problems of thick plate cutting.

Currently, BWT continues its research and development of new product. In order to further improve the production efficiency, BWT made an investment of RMB 300 million in construction of the phase II intelligent factory. Binhai New Area helped BWT to dock with Lenovo Group, which would provide solutions to BWT's intelligent transformation. In the past, although all of its equipment was automatic, the transit between points was manual. With the help of Lenovo, the phase II factory will be equipped with an intelligent system of whole process including feeding, production and offline, which will be put into production in May.
