Recently, the reporter has been informed from the Management Committee of Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone that, the construction of the drying tower of the Phase II of the Intelligent (Digital) Infant Formula Production Line Construction Project of Tianjin Yili Dairy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tianjin Yili Dairy") has entered into the final stage, and the main body of the Project is expected to be completed and topped out in August this year. Upon completion of the Phase II project of Tianjin Yili Dairy, the Company will fully realize the composite production process of wet and dry methods, with raw cow's milk as raw material, one-time powder packaging will be available in the shortest possible time for the delivery of high-quality products to the hands of consumers, so as to further improve the market share of the products of Tianjin Yili Dairy.

Tianjin Yili Dairy was formally put into production in the Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone in October 2010 and has rapidly developed into an important pivot for the delivery of prime milk sources to North China as well as the southern regions. For the purpose of assisting Tianjin Yili in realizing high-quality development and further enhancing the revenue generating capacity of the enterprise, the Management Committee of the Free Trade Zone has taken the initiative to visit the headquarters of Yili in Inner Mongolia to provide door-to-door services, to learn about the enterprise's development plan and to make a detailed introduction of the current investment environment of the Free Trade Zone. Tianjin Yili Dairy has been developing rapidly in the Free Trade Zone for over 10 years, and the excellent business environment of the Free Trade Zone is well accepted by Yili Group, which has decided to invest nearly RMB 1 billion in the construction of Tianjin Yili Dairy's Phase II Intelligent (Digital) Production Line Project for Infant Formula in the Free Trade Zone, which is expected to achieve an annual output value of RMB 1 billion with a production capacity of 24,000 tons of semi-finished products/year upon the commencement of operation of the project.

The Phase II Project of Tianjin Yili Dairy was officially kicked off in January 2023. To guarantee that the Project will be put into production as soon as possible, various related departments of the Free Trade Zone and Tianjin Yili Dairy have been closely interfacing with each other and have set up a special team to provide services. The Market Supervision Bureau of the Free Trade Zone has repeatedly assisted the enterprise in organizing the on-site interfacing services of water, electricity, gas, heat and other units to ensure that the supply of energy can satisfy the subsequent production needs of the enterprise and assist the enterprise in declaring the registration certificates of products of infant formula milk powder, etc. Meanwhile, the Market Supervision Bureau of the Free Trade Zone has also jointly organized a number of project construction coordination meetings and door-to-door interfacing services with the Bureau of Planning and Construction, Urban Environment Bureau, Government Affairs Office as well as other related departments, and provided professional guidance and assistance to the enterprises in the aspects of planning approval, construction supervision, energy support and project approval. As introduced by the person in charge of the construction of Tianjin Yili Dairy Phase II project, under the vigorous support of the Administrative Committee of the Free Trade Zone, the overall construction progress of the Phase II project has been brought forward by about 2 months compared with the expectation, implying that the Project will be put into operation ahead of schedule, and the convenient and efficient services of the Free Trade Zone have made the enterprise full of confidence in its future development in the Free Trade Zone.
