Recently, the first 2,000W Blue-ray Laser of BWT Tianjin Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as BWT) has been successfully produced in BWT's automated production base in Tianjin. The 2,000W Blue-ray Laser will not only improve the processing efficiency and quality, but also comprehensively improve the user's experience in composite welding, and will continue to shape the new patterns of industrial manufacturing in composite welding, cladding and other applications.

The product was synchronously exhibited at CIOE in Shenzhen in September this year. As an application-level product, the new 2,000W Blue-ray Laser product adopts 600μm core diameter, single module 105μm fiber output, with the power reaching 250W, and promotes the fiber brightness to the first-class level in the industry and keeps paces with the leading level in the industry.

Blue-ray laser is an important equipment in fields of industry, medicine and lighting, especially to provide a variety of processing solutions for industrial high reaction material welding. With the development of the times, lightweight equipment have posed higher requirements for materials. The high reaction materials, as represented by copper, have come on the stage and put forward new requirements for laser welding technology.
