In the process of the development of 225MN aluminum extrusion press, TZ Binhai has invented the fully preloaded closed frame structure of the large-scale laminated tension column type, with the tension column stress fluctuation decreased by 70%, the processing capacity decreased by 90%, and the processing period shortened by 60%. Furthermore, the novel multi-field coupling control method for the large inertia system has significantly improves the process stability and production efficiency of the heavy-duty horizontal aluminum extrusion press, with a reduction of the non-extrusion time up to 63 seconds.
