With the development and popularity of newenergy vehicles, TZ Machinery, which has previously been manufacturingextrusion equipment for airplanes and high-speed railways, has commencedR&D on equipment for manufacturing parts for new energy vehicles since thisyear. The big one in front of us, weighing over 500 tons, is capable ofprocessing a wide range of products such as battery chassis and anti-collisionbeams. Following the successful development and launch, the Company hasreceived orders from enterprises of new energy vehicle parts and components inNanjing, Changchun, etc.

由于是首次进军新能源车领域，太重机械需要更多本地配套商加入，完善供应链。5月，保税区组织近百家装备制造企业，开展撮合对接，包括太重在内的一批龙头企业，发布了250多亿的零部件采购需求。光新能源汽车挤压机这款产品，太重就推出了电机、结构件等30多种需求。通过对接，9家本地企业首次进入太重的供应链名单，其中就包括了赛威传动设备公司。

Since this is the first time for enteringthe field of new energy vehicles, TZ Machinery requires more local suppliers tojoin in so as to improve the supply chain. In May, the Free Trade Zone held ameeting with nearly 100 equipment manufacturing enterprises for the purpose ofbusiness demand matching, and a number of leading enterprises, including TZMachinery, released procurement demands for parts and components amounting toover RMB 25 billion. Just for the new energy vehicle extruder alone, TZ hasintroduced over 30 kinds of demands such as motors and structural parts. Throughdemand matching, nine local enterprises were included into the list of TZ'ssupply chain for the first time, including SEW EURODRIVE.

此外，新能源汽车零部件对轻量化和强度的要求更高，在挤压过程中，温度、速度、力度，都得严格计算和控制，需要处理的数据有近万个。为了缩短研制周期，企业还在滨海新区工信局的对接下，和国家超算天津中心牵手，把数据处理全都交给了天河。

Furthermore, new energy vehicle partsrequire higher lightweight and strength, and in the process of extrusion, it isnecessary to strictly calculate and control the temperature, speed andstrength, and nearly 10,000 pieces of data are required to be processed. Toshorten the development cycle, the Company has also joined hands with theNational Supercomputing Center in Tianjin under the coordination of the Bureauof Industry and Information Technology of Binhai New Area, and entrusted allthe data processing to Tianhe (Milkyway).

开发周期快、产业链配套完善，2日，企业完成了第10台挤压机设备的交付，仅这一款产品全年的销售额，就超过一个亿。现在，企业又拿到了5台新订单，已经开始排产，明年交付。属地天津港保税区持续做好服务，还在帮助企业加快上下游供应链的招商。

With a rapid development cycle and awell-supported industrial chain, on the second day of the month, the Company completedthe delivery of the tenth set of extruder equipment, and the sales of thisproduct alone for the entire year exceeded RMB 100 million. Currently, theCompany has been awarded new orders for additional 5 units, which have alreadybeen scheduled for delivery next year.
