How long will it take to get a bottle ofpasteurized milk from farm to table? From milking in the farm, to processing inthe factory by cold chain truck, and then finally to the customer's home, theoverall time does not exceed 24 hours, with all links operated in the coldchain environment to ensure the "freshness".

   In the production workshop of Tianjin HaiheDairy Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Haihe Dairy"), thereporter saw that bottles of pasteurized fresh milk with the trademark of"Haihe" were being conveyed on the production line. Recently, thefirst batch of milk of Haihe Dairy was officially delivered to the productionline, marking the phased progress of the construction of the new intelligentplant of Haihe Dairy.

Innovation and Upgrade Digital Intelligence

 To implementthe requirements of the 14th Five-Year Plan of Tianjin for the manufacturingindustry, to further strengthen the focus on the main food processing industry,and to satisfy the development trend of China's dairy products withinternational consumption concept and diversified and high-end product demands,Tianjin Food Group has invested more than RMB 500 million to build a dairyproject in Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone. The project took nearly two years forcompletion, with the introduction of the world-leading production process,manufacturing equipment and quality management system, to realize theintelligent management of the overall chain, enabling the annual output ofliquid milk up to 180,000 tons.

   "We havebeen actively overcoming the impact of the epidemic and racing against time toadvance the progress of the project. Under the support of the ManagementCommittee of Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone, Haihe Dairy has successfullyobtained the food production license certificate and was equipped with productionconditions ahead of schedule.” Zou Yang, Secretary of the Party Committee andChairman of the Board of Directors of Haihe Dairy, expressed that the new plantof Haihe Dairy would accelerate the digital and intelligent management upgrade,fully leverage data resources, facilitate product innovation and serviceinnovation, improve operational efficiency by applying the informationplatform, and establish a new digital and intelligent plant.

Implementation of "Carbon Peaking and CarbonNeutrality" for Sustainable Development

   Haihe Dairyhas also been actively implementing the national environmental protectionpolicy of "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality", and hasincorporated sustainable development into its brand building and productinnovation. The plant employs intensive design to minimize energy wastage byshortening the distance of energy pipeline transmission. Meanwhile, the spongecity concept has been adopted in the outdoor engineering to increase the reuse ofrainwater, and the design of water reuse in the sewage treatment process hasbeen incorporated to water the green areas, and the "coal to fuel"project has been continuously implemented to reduce carbon emissions.
