Recently, Tianjin ExecuJetHaite General Aviation Services Co., Ltd. (hereinafter as "Tianjin ExecuJetHaite") has joined hands with Metrojet Limited to formally acquire Funian Aviation. The acquisition marks an important strategic step forward for Tianjin ExecuJetHaite and Metrojet to build on their existing strengths in flight operations and maintenance services.

   Continuous Construction

   It is learned that Tianjin ExecuJetHaite is a wholly owned subsidiary of Haite Group, an aircraft maintenance company approved by EASA, FAA, CAAC, as well as the Civil Aviation Department of Hong Kong, the Civil Aviation Authority of Macau, the civil aviation authorities of the Cayman Islands, Bermuda, Aruba and San Marino, with the ability to perform route and in-depth maintenance on up to 15 different types of aircraft such as Bombardier, Gulfstream and Falcon.

   Paul, General Manager of Tianjin ExecuJetHaite, indicates that the acquisition is an important step in building a full industry chain for business aircraft services, making ExecuJetHaite a one-stop service platform for business aircraft management and business charter operators, as well as a one-stop service platform for aircraft purchase and sale consulting, financing planning, aircraft management, business charter, aircraft maintenance and aircraft ground services.

   Recently, triumphant news came continuously from Tianjin ExecuJetHaite, with a new capability of repairing a total of 91 parts in the comprehensive repair product. The newly added parts repair capability covers most common business aircraft models, including Dassault, Gulfstream, Embraer and Bombardier. "Most of these parts fall under the category of hazardous materials during transportation, for example, various types of batteries, wheels and tires. The acquisition of repair capability for parts has greatly improved parts turnover time efficiency, while saving customers additional transportation costs.”

   Recently, ExecuJetHaite was also successfully approved as a bonded maintenance pilot unit to undertake aviation bonded maintenance services. Recently, the Tianjin Pilot Free Trade Zone released the Measures to Further Support the Development of Aviation Bonded Maintenance and Remanufacturing Industry. Upon the implementation of this policy, ExecuJetHaite customers will be able to fully enjoy the preferential tax policies of Free Trade Zone when repairing overseas registered aircraft, thereby saving a large amount of maintenance costs for customers.
