The first phase of the Project is in the process of completion file filing and acceptance, the second phase is in the process of organizing joint acceptance of fire fighting, planning and human defense, the third phase of civil engineering has completed 45% of the total construction volume...Recently, the largest overhead shallow round silo group in Beijing-Tianjin region built by China Grain Reserves Corporation (Tianjin) Warehousing & Logistics Co., Ltd., an enterprise in Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone (hereinafter referred to as "Tianjin Warehousing Corporation") is under construction in an orderly manner, and the overall project is expected to be completed and put into operation in November this year.

　　Scientific Design, Precise Detection

　　In the factory of Tianjin Warehousing Corporation, the reporter observed rows of tall and neat large cylinders lined up, which are "shallow round silos", and the Lingang grain and oil terminal is less than one kilometer away from the shallow round silos. “The period from June to October each year is the peak period for incoming vessels, during which time administrators are required to take samples on board to ensure that the incoming soybeans meet quality and safety requirements, subsequently the soybeans are transported in a steady stream through the corridor belt to the shallow round silo at the rear." According to Zhang Wei, Head of the Storage Department of Tianjin Warehousing Corporation, the total length of the 2.2 kilometers of the common corridor of the Lingang Grain and Oil Terminal can reach 1,000 tons per hour, doubling the efficiency of grain and oil material transportation.

　　When entering the 30-meter-high shallow round silo, a bean fragrance comes to the face, and the stored soybeans are flat and dry. To achieve such a standard of grain storage, the scientific design of the shallow round silo is indispensable. Zhang Wei explained to the reporter that each shallow round silo is equipped with an internal circulation flow temperature control system, grain measurement and control system, remote monitoring system and intelligent ventilation system, while nitrogen gas conditioning technology and grain cooling technology will be employed to deal with different situations. “In winters, the internal circulation temperature control storage technology can be applied to cool down and store cold for the grain pile by utilizing the low temperature environment after ventilation. In summers, when the temperature outside the silo rises, a loop flow pipe would be used to transport cool air from the interior of the silo to the interior space so as to cool down the grain surface. Each silo is equipped with 26 temperature measurement cables, which enable them to accurately monitor the grain temperature of each silo of soybeans.” Zhang Wei said.

　　To improve the permeability of the grain piles, the silo is also designed with a pressure-gated umbrella-shaped multi-point fabricator, which enables soybeans to fall evenly, effectively addressing the accumulation of grain impurities and ensuring safe grain storage. Staff can monitor the status and temperature of soybeans in a real-time manner through a monitoring system. The top layer of the exterior of the silo is also installed with a similar "sunscreen" insulation layer, which ensures that the beans inside the silo are always kept at a constant temperature.

　　Contribute to the Development of Grain and Oil Industry

　　Currently, the construction of 3.65m silo wall slipforming and vented duct pouring of the warehouse floor has been completed in 13 silos in Phase III of the Project, slipforming construction has been completed in 6 silos, high supporting mold construction is underway in 4 silos, foundation bearing construction has been completed in 1 silo, and the construction of main structure of central control building has been completed. Upon completion and operation of all three phases, the Project will not only satisfy the management requirements of the Central Reserve Grain Rotation, but also provide storage services for other grain and oil enterprises in the neighborhood.

　　In the next step, Tianjin Warehousing Company will continue to adhere to the established objectives, complete the post-construction work of the Project with high standard and high quality, and strive for the early completion and operation of the Project.
