Free Trade Zone Transition from Facilitation toExtreme Simplification of Government Services In the first half of 2021, theFree Trade Zone introduced the Methodsfor Implementing the Urban Drainage Permit Issuance Informed Commitment SystemReform in Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone (Trial), which is the first reformmethod containing the simplest informed commitment to reform matters in theimplementation of the work of post-event verification, strengthening thetransformation of government functions and highlighting the construction ofcorporate integrity. Meanwhile, it reduces the tedious and complicated approvalmaterials to minimize the burden for enterprises. So far, the simplest informedcommitment to approval reform has been implemented in 12 industries and 22categories, the cumulative number of matters handled is 395.
