Cashway Technology: Sustainable Solution to the Pain Points of Banking for Customers

  •   In recent years, Cashway Technology has been actively committed to improving its service capabilities for the banking industry through technological innovation, and has continued to deepen its efforts to solve the pain points such as long waiting time and cumbersome business processes for customers to handle business in banks. On this occasion, Cashway Technology has joined hands with ICBC Vientiane Branch to launch the "ICBC Intelligent Banking" Project, which aims to provide more convenient services by applying the current advanced technologies of face recognition, human-machine interaction and intelligent authorization, as well as the intensive operation mode of remote and centralized business processing. For a number of high-frequency standardized business scenarios, the device can also avail self-service for customers, and the overall business process is digitalized and paperless, thereby significantly saving waiting time for processing, enhancing customer participation and improving customer experience.
      As the next step, Cashway Technology will continue to upgrade the "ICBC Intelligent Bank" project, continuously optimize and improve the business functions, advance the integration of online and offline services, and provide improved customer services through technological innovation. In the future, Cashway Technology will continue to adhere to the Belt and Road National Top-level Cooperation Initiative, take the expansion of overseas markets as a new business growth point, provide customized services based on different countries and different customer demands, vigorously promote the in-depth integration of finance and technology, rely on the "hard power" accumulated in technological innovation over the years, and provide more high-quality products and services for the optimization of bank network operations, cost reduction and efficiency enhancement, service transformation and intelligent upgrading, and thereby fully contribute to the digital transformation of the global banking industry.
