Unified code, process and data, automatic transmission of information, efficient data management...Recently, according to New Tianjin Steel (NTS) Decai Technology Group (hereinafter referred to as the "Decai Technology Group"), the information integration system "Cloud Star" and data integration platform of Decai Technology Group involving some sections of its subsidiary NTS Cold Rolled Sheet Co., Ltd. has been put into operation, marking a further step from the official commissioning of the system.
　　To accelerate the construction of intelligent factory and realize the leap development from "manufacturing" to "intelligent manufacturing", Decai Technology Group has been preparing to build the information integration system "Cloud Star" and data integration platform since July 2021. It is reported that the information integration system "Cloud Star" is capable of integrating the information data of production and sales, equipment, human resources and other systems with the financial system, enabling the interoperability and convergence of the whole amount of data, achieving group-level data management and integrated sharing, and providing powerful information support for the realization of intelligent manufacturing.
　　Following months of research, demonstration and implementation, some sections of the project involving the cold rolled sheet company have now been launched and put into operation. "In the process of project implementation, the primary difficulty is the adaptation and adjustment of the business processes of the new system. Our previous system was a single company-level information system, while the 'Cloud Star' system is positioned as a group-level management integration system, which places higher demands on the unification of basic information across the Group." According to Zhang Yinshan, General Manager of NTS Decai Technology Group, to ensure the smooth launch of the system, the project team has cooperated and actively overcome the difficulties of code coordination, personnel planning and short implementation period, and finally secured the launch of the system as scheduled. In addition, the system sections of the remaining subsidiaries of Decai Technology Group are also in the process of intensive commissioning presently.
