Recently, in the production workshop, it can be seen that a number of intelligent production lines are running at high speed, from assembly, inspection to finished product testing, which are all operated in an automated cycle, with front-line employees and industrial robots working side by side. The employees are responsible for monitoring the machines and replenishing the raw materials, while the robots are responsible for each process on the production line, and the production processes are organized in series in an orderly manner.
　　It is reported that BorgWarner Tianjin Plant has a total of five fully automated solenoid valve production lines like this one, which produces a product every 8 seconds on average. The production output in this workshop can reach RMB 5.5 million a day. "As a result of our intelligent upgrade of the production line, labor productivity has also increased by 10% in 2021."
