Recently, Heli (Tianjin) Tech Energy Co., Ltd. ( "Heli Energy" for short), an enterprise in Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone, successfully completed Pre-IPO financing of RMB 300 million. This round of financing was led by Shenzhen High-tech Investment, TopoScend Capital and the well-known domestic investment institution Yingke PE, with the investors including China Venture Capital subordinate to China Bao'an, Anyuan Fund within the system of Anhui state-owned assets, Qingdao Geyuan within the system of Qingdao state-owned assets and other institutions.

　　According to Heli Energy, "This round of financing will continue to be used to tackle 'bottleneck' technologies in the oil and gas sector, especially the import substitution of high-end downhole tools and deep-sea equipment." Today, Heli Energy has completed import substitution of a series of advanced technologies and acquired relevant intellectual property rights, including friction and drag reduction in extended-reach wells, vibration while drilling, reaming while drilling, efficient grinding and milling, complex salvage, and residual oil exploration in ultra-short radius drilling.
