Recently, T&B Holding Co., Ltd. (T&B Holding for short) successfully issued a three-year overseas bond of US $200 million. With The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Ltd. as the issuing market, Silk Road International Capital Limited, Kaizhong Asset Management Co., Ltd., HIWIN International and Development Bank of Singapore as the underwriters, the coupon rate of 3.0%, this is the third time that T&B Holding has successfully issued overseas bond after its initial public offering in 2015 and its second issuance of three-year overseas bond in 2018, which has been recognized and praised by the international bond market and investors at all levels.

　　It is reported that the direct financing projects of T&B Holding cover more than 95% of the products in the bond market. Over the years, corporate bonds, small and micro enterprise support bonds, medium-term notes and many other financing projects have been issued, and T&B Holding has successively obtained the financing qualifications such as "suspended issuance" by National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors and "suspended issuance of corporate bond" by China Securities Regulatory Commission, and has been commended as the Outstanding Corporate Bond Issuer of the Year by Shanghai Stock Exchange.
