Recently, the National Development and Reform Commission issued a Notification on the Construction of the First Batch of National Logistics Hubs during the 14th Five-Year Plan Period, in which 25 hubs are included in the list of the first batch of national logistics hubs during the 14th Five-year Plan period. Among them, there are 8 hubs in Eastern China, 6 hubs in Central China, 8 hubs in Western China and 3 hubs in Northeast China. At present, the National Development and Reform Commission has taken the lead in the layout and construction of 70 national logistics hubs, covering 29 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps.

　　The Notification stressed that relevant provincial development and reform commissions should actively work with relevant departments to strengthen work planning and daily work guidance for hub construction and operation, and realize high-quality promotion of the construction of national logistics hubs.

　　In the next step, the National Development and Reform Commission will establish and improve the monitoring system for the daily operation of hubs, and conduct dynamic monitoring of the operation of hubs that have been included in the list for annual construction. Relevant provincial development and reform commissions shall guide and urge relevant entities for hub construction and operation to establish and improve the operation statistics system, strengthen data collection and analysis, and regularly submit relevant information; The National Development and Reform Commission will provide appropriate support to eligible projects through policy channels such as investment within the central budget, special bonds of local governments or recommendations to relevant financial institutions.
