Recently, the hydrogen fuel cell industrial base project settled in Tianjin by Shanghai Refire Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Refire”), a national specialized new “Little Giant” enterprise, has completed the construction of Phase I of the production line, with the production capacity of the hydrogen fuel cell system. Refire is the world’s leading provider of hydrogen fuel cell technology, in which the main business includes the research and development of hydrogen fuel cell technology, manufacturing of the hydrogen fuel cell system and related engineering services. According to Shi Kai, Sales Director of Refire, a small batch production base and sales center for the hydrogen fuel cell system will be built in Phase I of the project, which will focus on the production of the latest generation of “Mirror Star” series hydrogen fuel cell system independently developed by Refire, equipped with the fuel cell stack independently developed by the company. The products can be used for bus, logistics, self-discharging, traction and other models, with a planned annual production capacity of 5000 sets.During the 14th Fiveyear Plan period, hydrogen energy will be vigorously developed in Tianjin focusing on the goal of “carbon dioxide emissions peaking and carbon neutrality”. The Free Trade Zone will follow the principle of government guidance and market operation, further speed up the construction of hydrogen energy infrastructure, and promote highquality development of the hydrogen energy industry with the research and development of fuel cell, the manufacturing of key components and vehicle integration as the core, so as to form a highland of the hydrogen energy industry in which energy, R&D, manufacturing and scenarios are highly coordinated and complementary.
