Recently, T&B Holding successfully issued a threeyear mediumterm note of RMB 1 billion with AAA rating of domestic entities. With the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors as the issuing market, and CITIC China Securities Co., Ltd. and Agricultural Bank of China as the underwriters, the coupon rate of 6.50%, it has provided strong financial support for enterprises and the region.

Since the beginning of this year, T&B Holding has actively used a variety of financing means to carry out financing. In addition to the issuance of medium-term note and the issuance of US $200 million overseas bonds in November, 15 ultra-short-term financing bonds have been issued, with a total amount of RMB 9.24 billion, which has been recognized and praised by the market and investors at all levels.
