As the test center of the project, the completed comprehensive test building is mainly responsible for safety training, welding training, welding test, physical and chemical test and other functions. After being handed over for use, it will provide technical support and quality assurance for the base.

It is learned that since the commencement of the project in November 2019, the overall construction progress of phase I project has exceeded 85%, of which the civil works of workshops such as intelligent manufacturing center, intelligent storage center and machine, pipeline, electrical control and instrument manufacturing center have been completed, and the "round-off work" of installation project is currently under way. Each workshop has gradually completed the acceptance work this month. It is expected that the equipment commissioning will be completed in the middle and late September. By the end of September, phase I of the project will be ready for operation.
