Recently, the infrastructure project of air logistics zone (phase I) of Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone---the joint construction of rainwater and sewage pump station and storage tank project, which is invested by Management Committee of Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone and constructed by Tianbao Real Estate Company affiliated to Tianbao Holdings, won the "Haihe Cup" award of Tianjin Construction Projects in 2020.

　　It is reported that the construction of the project fully integrates the concept of "sponge city". The total planned water collection range is 185 hectares in the aviation logistics area. The rainwater and sewage outlet pipelines are about 1.09 km and 2.46 km long respectively. The design inlet and drainage flowrates are 8.7m3/s and 2m3/s respectively, and the maximum water storage can reach 17,800 m3. Since the project was completed, accepted and put into use in January 2020, it has undertaken the task of water collection, regulation and storage of rain and sewage in 88 hectares of aviation logistics area (phase I). Subsequently, the water collection range will be gradually expanded with the progress of regional development and construction.

　　Since the commencement of the project, Tianbao Real Estate Company has clarified the excellence goal, strictly controlled the quality, and successively overcome the key and difficult problems such as deep foundation pit and long-distance pipe jacking through oil pipeline. In the construction and technical links, all participants made bold innovations, effectively realized four functions of controlling rainwater runoff pollution at the initial stage, reducing flood peak discharge, discharging rainwater and saving land occupation, and the national utility model patent certificate was obtained.
