In order to further enhance the safety and prevention awareness of enterprises involved in the regional dust explosion, improve the intrinsic safety level and emergency disposal capacity of enterprises practically and ensure the safety of people's lives and property effectively, the Emergency Bureau of the free trade zone organized more than 60 safety managers and part-time emergency rescue personnel from 30 key dust explosion-related enterprises under its jurisdiction recently to carry out special practical training on dust explosion prevention in the safety experience hall of China-Singapore Eco City.

　　This activity combines theory teaching, visiting experience and simulation of practical operation organically. Firstly, the teaching experts explained in detail the basic knowledge related to explosion dust, dust explosion-proof related standards, safety points of dry and wet dust removal systems, etc. The expert simulated the ignition test for dust explosion with use of the on-site dust removal equipment model and introduced the risk points, operation requirements and safety measures of the sander.
