It is learned that the cable-stayed bridge across Dongping watercourse is independently designed by China Railway Design Group Co., Ltd. After the construction unit enters the site, China railway design optimizes the resource allocation, arranges a professional bridge team with rich construction experience to be responsible for the construction, and makes preparations for the supply of main construction machinery, equipment and materials in advance, so as to ensure the construction period target of pile foundation node of main tower of the cable-stayed bridge across Dongping watercourse.

　　Guangzhou-Zhanjiang railway is the railway project with the highest standard, the longest line and the largest investment in the history of Guangdong Province. It is an important part of the high-speed railway channel connecting Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Greater Bay area, Hainan free trade port and Urban Agglomeration at Beibu Gulf. It is a strong support for Guangdong Province to build a new pattern of regional development featuring "one core, one belt and one area". After the completion of Guangzhou-Zhanjiang railway, it will greatly shorten the time and space distance between western Guangdong and the Greater Bay area of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, and greatly improve the travel conditions of people in western Guangdong.
