Recently, a post-packaging automatic production line customized by Tianjin Armsun Automation Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tianjin Armsun" for short) for a nationally well-known pharmaceutical company has successfully passed the acceptance, and the products are about to be delivered. This automatic production line can replace manual operation, which not only ensures production safety, but also improves production efficiency. It is learned that this is the first time that Tianjin Armsun has independently developed an automatic production line in the pharmaceutical field, indicating another solid step of the company from "Made in China" to "Intelligent Manufacturing in China".

　　After 3 months of independent research and development, Tianjin Armsun customized this automatic production line for the customer. The production line can arrange drug boxes, put them into the cartons automatically by the robot, label and package the cartons, and let the finished products flow out automatically. The whole production line includes chain plate line, unpacking machine, electric roller line, packing platform, robot suction cup and safety protection room, box supporting device, labeling station, sealing machine, and so on. In the design, Tianjin Armsun integrates Japanese FANUC robot, German Interroll roller, Zebra bar code printer and Siemens control system. The whole production line's design, manufacture, supply and configuration of materials and parts are based on and conform to the Chinese GMP requirements of Good Manufacture Practice of Medical Products.
