It is learned that during the project construction, the project team members actively overcame many unfavorable factors such as tight schedule, COVID-19 epidemic, and inconvenient traffic in mountainous area, and worked overtime to ensure completion of all tasks on a high quality and full quantity basis. In addition, during the test stage, several technical backbones stayed at the site for more than 3 months, worked more than 15 hours a day, carefully recorded each group of test data, optimized each process parameter, and patiently guided the site operators to master the operating procedures, maintenance, analysis and test, and emergency disposal methods. With the joint efforts of many parties, the system ran smoothly during the 90 days of test and evaluation period agreed in the contract, all evaluation indicators met or greatly exceeded the contractual requirements, and the project successfully passed the completion acceptance.
