The real estate registration reform in Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone has been constantly upgraded. The real estate certificates are mailed to enterprises for free, so that enterprises can register real estate in just one visit and do not need to come for the first time for the certificates; the taxation departments set service stations in the real estate registration hall, and in the case of payment by check, special officers are arranged to collect the payment and then transfer it to the settlement center for the enterprises; a comprehensive consulting service desk is set to answer questions on policy and business from enterprises and the masses and to reasonably guide the procedure handling people; policy publicity is strengthened to help enterprises and the masses understand the registration requirements, policies, and processes of online and offline registration in a more intuitive way; additional self-service facilities are set to enhance the convenience in procedure handling. The implementation of these measures indicates that the Zone has taken an important step on the road of exploring the innovative service of real estate registration, replaced "traveling of enterprises and the masses" with "traveling of information and administrations", simplified the work steps, reduced the materials required for procedure handling, and provided true convenience for the enterprises and the masses through "one thing to be handled in one time".
