At present, it has been successfully applied to the PipeChina Zhangzhou LNG project, and the welding quality is stable and reliable. Compared with the traditional manual welding process, it can save welding materials by 50% and labor hours by more than 95%. Taking a 160,000m3 LNG tank as an example, the welding construction period can be shortened by 20 days, thus greatly reducing the construction cost of the project.
