Investment promotion is a major strategy, measure and project related to the overall situation and long future. Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone attached great importance to projects, focused on "chain linking, supplementing and strengthening", strove to introduce more big and good projects, and improved the ecosystem of leading and emerging industries. In the first three months, there were 1,073 new registered market entities in the Zone, with an increase of 79.4%. In the "cloud agreement signing" event held in this March for key projects in the Zone, agreements on 22 key projects were signed, including Everbright Holdings' investment platform project, Zhaogang's series projects, COFCO Sundry's bonded fruit processing base project, and so on. These projects involved strategic emerging industries, new economy, new finance and bulk trade. In the first quarter, the Zone totally introduced 331 key investment projects; 63 big and good projects were settled here, including 10 new investment projects of Top 500 enterprises and 45 industrially leading projects; 115 projects from Beijing and Hebei were attracted, and a number of high-quality projects were settled one after another.
