A few days ago, a construction commencement ceremony was held for the headquarters base project of China Railway Liuyuan Group located in Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone. The project is located from Zhonghuan West Road to Xiwu Road in Tianjin Airport Economic Area, and has a coverage of 26,000 square meters. The total building area of the office building is 63,000 square meters, including overground building area of 43,000 square meters and underground building area of 20,000 square meters. The total investment of the project is RMB 585 million. After completion of the project, it will be used as office for the headquarters of China Railway Liuyuan Group and its subordinate entities in Tianjin, and about 1,500 persons are expected to work in this building. As introduced by an in-charge person of the project, Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone provided a good plot for China Railway Liuyuan Group, and also offered a series of favorable policies and high-quality services for the Group such as supports in headquarters settlement, employee household registration, schooling of employees' children, and so on, so as to encourage the Group to grow stronger and bigger here with industrial gathering.
