While providing good services, Tianjin continuously improves its business environment. Recently, Tianjin CIMC Container Co., Ltd. received two tax refunds for January, amounting to about RMB 8 million. Different from common exported goods, new containers have the attribute of both cargo and package. According to previous arrangement, the enterprise needs to apply for and receive tax refund batch by batch based on the container use demands of the buyers. However, affected by the epidemic, the buyers have delayed demand for containers, and the Company faces the problem of lower turnover rate of container and too long cycle of export tax refund. Considering this, the customs of Tianjin Xingang launched a new regulation arrangement for new containers: the manufacturer may directly make declaration to the customs and apply for export tax refund to taxation administration on a one-time basis without waiting for distribution and use of the containers involved in a single contract; write-off should be made after actual use of the containers, and the customs and the taxation administration should carry out well corresponding regulation and verification.
